LRC offers a quick-order option for attorneys who need a pre-litigation internal memorandum for one matter in a single U.S. jurisdiction. Memos are priced by issue and will be delivered by email two weeks from order finalization. Memo pricing includes all time, labor, and expenses and will be charged at order.

• First two issues on one matter: $750 for each issue
• Subsequent issues on same matter: $525 for each issue (third to sixth issues on a single order)

Please note that an individual issue must be a single, well-defined inquiry not phrased in the alternative. Any document review required for the project must be less than 25 pages. If your matter is more complex, we will discuss project options with you when we contact you to finalize your order.
